Took my daughters car for wheel well work and came out looking like new. Service was great and pricing was very affordable, I would highly recommend taking your car there!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and care. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated every step of the way. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. When I picked up my car, I was blown away! It looks brand new. The paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was flawless. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for quality work, fair pricing, and people who actually care about getting you back on the road safely and confidently this is the place to go. Top tier service! Thank you so so much.

Horrible experience. Haynes was recommended to me by a friend. I called on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. on behalf of my daughter who had just struck a deer. There was no answer so I called several more times thinking they may have been with a customer. When the call was answered, the owner/worker began to berate me and was irate and belligerent with me for repeatedly calling. The owner/worker irritatingly stated that they were closed (no posted indication) and that he "was underneath a car" and told me "don't call back". I assured him that he would not need to worry about that happening. When I inquired why the business did not have a voice mail set up, I was hung up on. This is the first and only negative review that I've ever posted, but this behavior by a service business owner is absolutely unacceptable. Folks, just be forewarned. I wish there was less than a one star.

This is the 2nd time I have used Haynes Auto Collision to fix my truck. Someone hit my truck in a parking lot and did a number on it. Scott Haynes and his team fixed it right and made it look new again. They are very easy to work with and made the truck look new again. He is very professional and his body work is second to none. We all hope never to get into an accident, but knowing that Haynes can do the work, and do it right, is comforting to know. I would recommend them over anyone else knowing the work that was done and how pleased I was. Thank you very much!!!

Scott and his crew always deliver great work at reasonable prices. I'm very thankful he chose to do business here. Our Enclave had a number of age & neglect related ills going on and now looks like absolute new!
